Not the best graphics card, but for the price its very good!
from completed build 2022 Personal Build
Amazing entry level graphics card I put it through 1080p medium/low settings in game but it produces 60 gos no problem in most games.
from completed build My First Build
I bought it second hand, even though it was in the original packaging. About a year later one of the cooling fans came loose and started rubbing against a wire. Caused the fan to come off its bearings and it had to be removed. Still works fine minus one fan, and I cant be mad at Gigabyte because it was used when I bought it.

The difference between this and my GTX 670 is NUTS. like, I can actually run games now. I love this card and am going to keep until my 3070 gets here... next october.
from completed build My first streaming/gaming pc
The GTX 1060 is still a really decent card being able to run quite a few games such as Minecraft, GTA V (and FiveM servers), CS:GO and a lot of other games well over 100fps.
Even tho it is only the 3GB version it still runs like an absolute beast.
from completed build White themed Corsair + Gigabyte Vision gaming rig
40-50 FPS in high settings in RDR2. Bought it uses at $150. Gives me enough space to wait for RTX 3080 and avoid scalpers.
from completed build Zappy
my friend is letting me borrow this due to the corona thing i can't buy the 1660 i wanted or the 2070 super, the card is good though plays the games i like at 900p 60fps
from completed build Meshify Mini 2200G & 1060 3GB No-RGB
Great little workhorse GPU. I am playing most new games on high settings at 1080p and pulling anywhere from > 60 fps to 120 fps depending on the title. The fans do not spin at low temps which is a nice feature. At load the temps usually hover around 70 C and the highest I've ever seen is 75 C. The fans can be a little bit noisy at high speed, of course, but it's rare I ever notice them too much.
VRAM is regularly maxed out or at least close to it. If you can afford it I'd recommend either it's 6GB brother or an RX580 to remain relevant for the next couple of years.
from completed build 1080p monster
This card is a monster for 1080p gaming. I can run almoast all of my games on high to very high
from completed build I mean, it was a budget build when i built it originally
At the time i got it, it was $210, and it performs exactly the same as my dad's 970 SSC. looks cool too. Only downside is the plastic backplate, but i can live with it.
